The founders of DominionGrand Development Group Inc. have a distinctive entrepreneurial philosophy. This philosophy is based on the principles of visionary thinking, progressive management and executing conservative investment strategies which support secure equity in real estate asset based business and ultimately share appreciation for shareholders.

The company trades on the founders’ specific skills, knowledge and contact networks to source, develop and exploit opportunities for the company, its shareholders and investors. The company trades on the industry specific experience, knowledge and contacts of management and its ability to identify and acquire specific real estate assets and other complementary businesses all of which operate synergistically having the potential for building value in the short–term and securing long-term cash flow.

Collectively the founders and management of DominionGrand Development Group Inc. are uniquely qualified to operate the company and achieve the investment goals of its shareholders and investors. Besides the equivalent of several hundred years experience managing several billion dollars of real estate, company management operates multiple business holistically with “blinders off” recognizing opportunities for growth, operational efficiencies and synergies all of which result in the sum of the whole being greater than the sum of the parts.

Patrick K. Prinster – Founder

Patrick is an attorney and real estate professional with more than 30-years of business experience. Patrick began his career as an attorney with the California Department of Real Estate, and then moved to the private sector as legal counsel with The MaceRich Company, a major US-based shopping center developer/manager in Los Angeles, California. Patrick’s business acumen was recognized by MaceRich as his area of responsibility grew to include a wide variety of legal and business matters; during his 14 years with MaceRich Patrick moved from legal counsel to secretary and general counsel of the company.

In 1994 he founded his own real estate management and development company in Beverly Hills, California, managing and developing more than 3,000 apartment units and various mix-use projects. From 1994 until 2004 he served as a member of the Los Angeles Country Real Estate Management Commission, Since his move to Vancouver in 2003, Patrick has been active in the real estate and hospitality development and management business. He is a California licensed attorney, real estate broker and mortgage broker.

Patrick served as a Co-President of the Gastown Business Improvement Society, a Board Member of the Vancouver Contemporary Art Gallery and he is currently chairman of the City of Vancouver Public Art Committee.

With 30-years experience in real estate acquisition, finance, management, development and construction, Scott’s specialty as a financial strategist is using unique tax, corporate and securities structures to maximize the growth of equity (wealth) in real estate. In 1995 Scott founded Coast Heritage Systems Corporation, a pioneer in the design, manufacture and installation of specialty glazing systems in Western Canada. In 1997 he founded Headwater Mortgage Investment Fund, a mortgage investment corporation and a front runner in providing financial planning and specialized mortgage products to homebuyers. As a developer Scott has served as a consultant, advisor, partner and principal in numerous large mixed-use real estate developments throughout British Columbia.Scott, a professional musician, is currently the Director and Treasurer of the Deafblind Services Society of British Columbia.

President of DominionGrand Financial Corporation, a mortgage brokerage and investment company in Vancouver, BC, Donald has a Masters degree in Organizational Management and a Bachelor of Arts degree. He holds an Accredited Mortgage Broker Professional designation and is a licensed Mortgage Broker in the province of British Columbia. For over 25-years Donald has held numerous management positions in national and regional companies including but not limited to Assure Acceptance Corporation, National Credit Counselors of Canada Inc., Canadian Global Financial Corporation and Marathon Telecommunications Inc.

Donald has served as an expert witness on mortgage related matters as well as being a policy advisor to both federal and provincial communications ministers on telecommunications issues. In addition to service with Big Brothers of Canada he is a past president of the Vancouver Junior Board of Trade and has taught courses at the University of Toronto and various private colleges in British Columbia.

Robert Woods received his medical degree from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario along with the Brockville Scholarship for outstanding academic achievement and the Queen’s University Gold Medal Surgery award. An ophthalmologist and eye surgeon Dr. Woods started his practice in British Columbia in 1971. He is a recognized cataract surgeon and he has been an instructor in continuing education programs in ophthalmology held throughout North America. Dr. Woods has held positions with the British Columbia Society of Eye Physicians and Surgeons and is a member of the Canadian Medical Association, the Canadian Ophthalmology Society and other medical and ophthalmology associations. An investment advisor and real estate investor, he has served as a board member and principal of numerous real estate related businesses.

Robert KleinVice President

Robert Klein graduated with honors from the University of Waterloo in 1971 with a degree in applied mathematics. He entered the securities business in 1972 with Bond Street International Securities. While with Bond Street, he served in all aspects of the securities business including sales, corporate finance, broker training, broker management, compliance, institution trading, investor relations and the introduction of new products. As a corporate finance officer and director Bob was instrumental in building and managing a multi-branch sales organization with over 100 licensees. In 1981 he joined Yorkton Securities as a director and options principal. Since 1993 Bob has been an entrepreneur, consultant and director of several public companies including World Wide Wireless, Spectrum Energy, Shotgun Energy and several technology related ventures. Most recently Bob Klein has been working on scholarly pursuits involving new paradigms in science, mathematics, the environment and the economy. He writes a daily column about the ongoing scientific debate over global warming and terraforming the earth.
